Banner Program
We are currently experiencing issues with our form. We are still fulfilling orders that are sent to chamberbanners@baylor.edu. We will do our best to accommodate your requests as availability permits.
The Baylor Chamber of Commerce offers custom-made banners and billboards for the purpose of advertising student and departmental events on campus.
- All orders must be submitted at least one week in advance. Those submitted 1-6 days prior will be denied.
- Each order will be displayed for a standard 7 days. Additional days are available for an extension fee of $10/day for billboards and $15/day for banners.
- Pricing of banners is $120, Pricing of billboards is $80
- Rush orders available for additional cost at discretion of the Banner Chair. Please email ChamberBanners@baylor.edu for approval.
- Designs must be either in PDF or jpg format (PDF will print with higher quality)
- Billboards are 8-by-4 foot displays that are anchored into the ground
- Banners are 17-by-4 foot displays hung from trees/poles
Blackout dates (any requests for banners/billboards to be put up during these dates will be denied):
- January 19-30 (SUB trees occupied)
- February 13-March 5 (SUB trees occupied)
- March 6-15
- April 3-6
- April 13-15
- May 7-13
Orders overlapping the blackout period will be accepted but will end prior to the blackout dates, resulting in a shortened fulfillment window. Please notes that full pricing applies to all orders, regardless of duration.
NOTE: The order form does not work for non-Baylor email addresses. Please email ChamberBanners@baylor.edu if there are any problems.
Note: All tax-exempt entities must submit an exemption certificate with each order.
